Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Prohibited Activities

Do not create, store or distribute malicious software, operate phishing or impersonation scams, send unsolicited bulk email or run botnet infrastructure. Child exploitation material and other unlawful sexual content are prohibited. Services must not facilitate terrorism, laundering, sanctions evasion, intellectual-property infringement, threats, harassment or unlawful defamation.

2. Illegal Content & Compliance

Account activity must meet applicable legal requirements and the relevant domain-registration rules. The following restrictions also apply:

  ICANN/DNSSEC Rules

  Provide accurate domain-registration contact details. Domains supporting phishing, attacks or unlawful distribution can be suspended and reported through the applicable registry or registrar process.

  PECA & Pakistan Law Authority

  Content prohibited under applicable Pakistani cybercrime law is removed. SAFI.pk cooperates with valid court orders and requests from the competent law-enforcement authority.

  Bank Secrecy & AML Compliance

  Use for laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion leads to immediate termination and any reporting required to the relevant authorities or financial institutions.

3. Resource Abuse & Security Violations

Account suspension applies to the following resource and security violations:

• •Sustained CPU consumption above 80%, or resource-intensive mining, without prior approval.
• •An account used to launch denial-of-service attacks, password attacks or automated intrusions.
• •Unauthorised operation of an open proxy, VPN service or Tor exit node.
• •Mail services used for bombing, unsolicited bulk delivery or abusive relaying.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

A policy breach may lead to suspension or termination without advance notice, removal of associated data, legal proceedings and damages where applicable, reports to the relevant authorities or providers, and restrictions on re-registration. Abuse reports are investigated within 24 hours; takedown requests are answered within 48 hours.
