1. Upstream Infrastructure & Liability

SAFI.pk manages services that may rely on upstream infrastructure from Hosting.com, ResellerClub and Resell.biz. Account assistance and management are distinct from the hardware, network and datacentre commitments of those providers; their relevant SLAs apply to the underlying infrastructure.

Interruptions or data loss attributable solely to an upstream failure, events beyond reasonable control or third-party attacks fall under the relevant provider's liability terms. SAFI.pk excludes liability for those causes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Billing, Taxation & Payment Terms

The listed price excludes applicable VAT, sales tax or similar taxes unless the written offer explicitly says that tax is included.

  Tax Responsibility

  Follow the tax information stated on the invoice and meet the tax obligations that apply in your jurisdiction. A tax-exclusive invoice does not include amounts that the customer must account for separately.

  Payment Terms

  Services are prepaid. Pay the invoice by its stated due date and contact billing if a payment needs to be identified or corrected. Accounts already suspended for non-payment are permanently deleted after 30 days of non-payment.

  Currency & Processing

  Local transactions use PKR. A gateway may accept another currency for an international payment; the customer bears exchange-rate differences associated with that transaction.

3. Domain Registration (ICANN & PKNIC Rules)

A domain order is governed by the relevant registry and registrar rules, including PKNIC rules for .pk names. Keep registration contact details accurate and arrange renewal before expiry. SAFI.pk is not responsible for a domain lost through unpaid renewal invoices or outdated registration details.

4. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

Use SAFI.pk services lawfully and comply with the applicable rules and this agreement. Malware, phishing, spam, child exploitation material and terrorist financing are prohibited and can lead to immediate account termination. We cooperate with lawful orders and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
