Billing & Cancellation
Use the client portal or billing contact to discuss an invoice or request cancellation. State the service and invoice involved, and ask billing to confirm the effective cancellation date and any outstanding balance. This page does not offer a money-back guarantee; rights that apply under law remain unaffected.
1. Review the order
Before paying, review the selected product, billing period, included resources and renewal information. Keep the invoice and the service agreement together so that any later question can be checked against the actual order.
2. Identify the service involved
Different services have different fulfilment steps. Include the relevant details when contacting billing:
- •For a domain: the name, registration or renewal order and current expiry date.
- •For a certificate: the order reference and whether issuance has taken place.
- •For hosting or an add-on: the service ID, selected period and affected invoice.
3. Send a billing or cancellation request
Use the existing client portal or the billing contact below:
- Provide the invoice number and service identifier using your account contact.
- Explain the billing question or state that you want to cancel the service.
- Ask for confirmation of the requested action, effective date and account balance.
- Keep the written response with your service records.
4. Prepare before closing a service
Cancellation can affect access, renewal and stored information. Review these points first:
- •Account restrictions
Cancellation does not remove the account's acceptable-use and security responsibilities.
- •Data and access
Export the files, databases and mail you need before access ends. Confirm any retention or deletion request with the service team.
- •Renewals and connected services
Check renewal settings and dependent domains, mail or add-ons separately. Ask billing to confirm which items the cancellation covers.
5. Cancellation confirmation
Submit the cancellation through the client portal or billing contact. Obtain written confirmation of the affected service and effective date rather than assuming that sending a message has closed the account. The existing post-cancellation data-retention period is 30 days; contact the team if you need permanent deletion. Applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
